CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once the order is placed, you will not be able to edit the order on your own. Contact us to make changes to your order. NOTE: Once an order has shipped, it is no longer able to be edited.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

Firstly, we recommend creating a free account with us. All orders and address info can be saved right on our website for future reference.

After you checkout you should either receive a text or email (or both). If not, check your spam folder. If nothing is there, you may have provided us with the wrong info. Contact us with last name ordered under, and we can give you the info you need to fix the email or phone number error.

IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?

Yes! Notice the lock icon at the top left of https://www.ninjasticker.com. All info that passes through our website is encrypted and secure.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

 We accept Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and all major credit cards.

CAN I RETURN A STICKER?

Yes, we accept returns for all items EXCEPT custom orders amd apparel. Stickers must be in unused, original condition. Buyer is responsible for returned shipping fees. Contact us if you would like to return a sticker. All sales are final for customer orders.

ARE APPAREL ITEMS RETURNABLE?

Unfortunately apparel items (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.) are non-returnable. Each piece is made to order. Please know your size prior to ordering.

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?

5-10 business days after the refund was inititated. Standard process.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG STICKER OR MISPRINT, WHAT CAN BE DONE?

If was mistake was made on our end, we will fix and resend another out for free. Please send us a clear image of the wrong sticker/misprint to: info@ninjasticker.com Include order number or last name when doing so.
